In this case, KROK CRAFT is not liable.

2.2 True and accurate assessment
You are obliged to make only factual and truthful statements. Inaccurate, irrelevant, insulting comments etc. are to be omitted. 3.1 Position of KROK CRAFT KROK CRAFT provides this purchasing platform to enable you to buy cooking products.
3.2 Your liablity
If you cause encounter any damage with KROK CRAFT’s cooking products, you will be held responsible for it. KROK CRAFT is not responsible for any types of injuries or other damage caused by KROK CRAFT products.
3.3 Liability of KROK CRAFT
If you make a purchase, KROK CRAFT is only liable to you in cases of gross misconduct (including gross negligence). KROK CRAFT is not liable for slight negligence, auxiliary persons, and the mediated supplier and their auxiliary persons. The liability is limited to the immediate damage, excluding consequential damages, loss of profit etc. The liability for punitive damage compensation is also excluded. Further limitations of liability or liability exclusions in these Terms or applicable legal provisions are reserved.
The liability for computer viruses, spyware programs, and other damages caused by computer programs is excluded.

- Gift Card Policy
4.1 Position of KROK CRAFT KROK CRAFT provides this platform to enable you to make a purchase of the products of your choice.
4.1 General Terms KROK CRAFT e-gift cards are distributed by KROK CRAFT.
4.2 Redemption
E-gift card codes are sent to the "gifter" to be forwarded to a "receiver." The receiver can use the e-gift card code on KROK CRAFT's checkout page, please read more in the Privacy Policy.
4.3 Return and Refund
You may not return or cancel your KROK CRAFT e-gift card after it is received. If your purchase is declined, the amount will be returned on e-gift card. You may not get a refund for the egift card purchase. Please visit Refund Policy.
4.4 Limitations
You may not use an e-gift card to purchase other e-gift cards. E-gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused e-gift cards may not be transferred. KROK CRAFT e-gift cards cannot be combined with other promotion codes.
4.5 Payment Methods
KROK CRAFT e-gift cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Diners Club, and your transaction to purchase the e-gift cards will be directly between you and BlueSnap or Paypal.
4.6 Delivery Information and Requirements for E-gift Card Purchasers All orders of e-gift cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided here with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution through whom payment is being processed please visit Privacy Policy for more information. If there is a discrepancy, your e-gift card order may be delayed until it can be corrected. We are not responsible for e-gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her e-gift card. 4.7 Personalized Messaging: If you wish to add a personal message to an e-gift card, simply type your message in the Message field on the e-gift card preview. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the e-gift card. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. We don't read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them.

The KROK mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by TRADO INTER LLC (“ TRADO INTER LLC ”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to TRADO INTER LLC's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of TRADO INTER LLC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with TRADO INTER LLC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other TRADO INTER LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
