Refund policy

If you feel like your KROK didn’t meet your expectations or have any issues with one of the KROK sets, we offer a return and refund policy eligible for 30 days from the date of receiving the product at your shipping address. 

The buyer is responsible to return the KROK or any part of the set in the same condition as received. The refund will only be made once the KROK team has received the item returned and will proceed with the refund within 14 days of the reception. The refunds are made on the same payment method as the initial purchase.  

KROK reserves the right to accept the return and refund if KROK was misused or damaged by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to proceed with the Care and Cleaning procedure.
