KROK CRAFT products are shipped internationally, directly from Thailand. If your country is not listed in the dropdown on the checkout page, kindly get in touch with us, using the contact form.

 

International Shipping

The KROK CRAFT products are shipped by express air delivery and usually arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. If the Buyer’s shipping address is located outside of Thailand, shipping costs may apply and are calculated at the checkout. Shipping rates are subject to change.

 

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

KROK CRAFT offers free shipping on all KROK products for Buyer’s shipping address located within Thailand. Deliveries within Thailand usually take 2-5 business days.

 

Shipping Responsibility

All shipping responsibilities including extra delays and charges are solely liable to the Third Party shipping company and local authorities. KROK CRAFT offers free shipping insurance for the usual course of transport’s potential damage. Customers agree that the risk of loss of a purchased product from KROK CRAFT to you from the moment our shipping carrier delivers your order to the destination provided in your purchase.

 

Duties, Taxes or Other Fees

Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
